Processing & Delivery:

  • We aim to process orders within 24 business hours. However, during peak periods like holidays and sales, processing might extend.

  • After dispatch, you'll receive an email with a tracking number.

Tracking Your Order:

Delivery Considerations:

  • If your order doesn't arrive within 45 business days, you're eligible for a refund, excluding cases where packages go missing during shipment.
  • Any damage observed upon delivery should be documented with the carrier and reported to us with photographic evidence within 3 business days.

Changing Shipping Address:

  • If you realize an error in your shipping address, notify us immediately at customer@pawssum.co. Unfortunately, once dispatched, we can't alter the delivery address.
