At Pawssum, we value our customers' satisfaction. Should you encounter any quality issues with our products, we are here to assist.

Return Eligibility

  • For eligible returns, please reach out to us within 14 calendar days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by its original packaging.
  • Returns due to reasons beyond our control or items showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted.
  • Requests made beyond the 14-day window will be considered void.

To initiate a return, kindly contact us at support@pawssum.co. Upon validation of your request, we will provide the appropriate return address and additional instructions.

Important: Please do not return products without prior communication. Direct returns to the manufacturer or unsolicited returns may not be processed.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Credit/Debit Card: Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. This timeline might vary based on your card-issuing bank.
  • PayPal: Refunds will be credited within 3 business days.

Should you encounter delays or issues with your refund, kindly:

  1. Recheck your bank account.
  2. Consult your credit card company.
  3. Contact your bank regarding processing delays.

Shipping & Handling

  • All returns must first be approved by our team. Returns sent without prior validation may not qualify for a refund.
  • We do not charge restocking fees.
  • For items valued over $50, consider opting for trackable shipping or insurance as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
  • Return shipping costs for reasons not related to quality are the responsibility of the customer.
  • In instances of faulty or defective items, shipping fees will be reimbursed post inspection and validation.

Exclusions

  • Our return policy exclusively applies to items purchased directly from Pawssum. Items from third-party sellers are not included.
  • All accessories must remain unopened to qualify for refunds.
  • Devices should be "as new" and preferably in original sealed packaging for eligibility.
